Word from the movie gods is that Rob Zombie's upcoming Munsters movie will not only be hitting Netflix, but also coming to DVD/BluRay and Digital. Yes Elmer, you too can own your own copy of The Munsters and shun a streaming service while you are at it.
A new trailer was dropped to make the announcement and it appears to be in much better shape than the previous trailer that came out last week. The colors seem more finished and the audio sounds a lot better. We are getting excited to see the antics of our favorite monster family.
The at home release is slated for September 27, 2022. It'll be just in time for Halloween. Also exciting news, it is definitely rated PG so sharing with the family won't be an issue, particularly if your family is like mine and the kids are still in elementary school.
The move stars Jeff Daniel Phillips as Herman, Sheri Moon Zombie as Lily, and Daniel Roebuck as Grandpa and is slated for a September 2022 release on Netflix, DVD, and Digital.
